OSCILATING/HOT
WIRE CUTTING LINES FEATURES: |

Built in rugged construction, with high accuracy,
are easy to operate and have a high productivity rate. |

These lines can be completely automated: from the block loading, to the cutting operation in the three directions, packaging and pilling of the cut sheets. |

The hot/oscillating wires cutting allows to optimize
at maximum the installation yield, through the temperature wire, oscilating
speed and band speed regulation, obtaining an accurate dimensions of
the sheet with a smooth surface. |

One worker can replace the wires frame with one
that has been prepared before or we offer automatic wire settings. |

The scrap of block squaring may be automatically
crushed along the line and conveyed by a fan system to the recycled
